The Senior Counsellor is responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing course information, handling walk-ins, managing lead follow-ups, and ensuring successful conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, counselling ability, and a strong understanding of aviation-related courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding aviation and related training programs.
Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate course information.
Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure lead conversion.
Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Assist with documentation, registration, and admission formalities.
Maintain high professionalism, ethics, and a student-first approach.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets set by management.
Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Represent the organization during events, seminars, and campaigns when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Counsellor or Senior Counsellor (preferably in the education or aviation sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Good computer knowledge--MS Office, CRM, and data entry.
Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-service driven.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, on-site role at the Kukatpally, Hyderabad office.
