Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in admissions, or counseling preferred.
Responsibilities:
Explain about admission procedure and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face.
Support the parents throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
Review the student application for the eligibility.
Build broad knowledge on school admission activities and guidelines.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM and admissions systems is a plus.
