Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
to effectively convert enquiries and leads into enrolled students
Provide
comprehensive career counselling

Take ownership of
branch-level sales and enrolment growth

Plan, organize, and actively participate in
on-campus and off-campus events
, seminars, and career counselling initiatives
Handle
walk-in enquiries, calls, and online leads
using effective counselling and conversion techniques
Ensure high standards of
customer experience and student satisfaction

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Prior experience in
career counselling, admissions counselling, or the education industry
Strong
communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Excellent
organizational abilities
with attention to detail
Ability to work
independently and collaboratively
within a team
Proficiency in
MS Office
; familiarity with CRM or counselling software is an advantage
Preferred Profile
