Achieve monthly
admission & revenue targets

Conduct
personal counselling sessions
and manage walk-ins professionally.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain high conversion ratios through effective follow-ups.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and in-center events to drive admissions.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly admission reports.
3. Communication & Presentation
Deliver presentations to students/parents about courses and career paths.
Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in content creation for promotional campaigns (optional but preferred).
4. CRM & Administration
Update CRM daily with lead status, follow-up details, and conversion records.
Handle admission formalities, registration forms, fee collection, and documentation.
Ensure a high-quality counselling experience for every student.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
