We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor to manage student inquiries, guide them through the admission process, and achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and proven experience in academic/admission counseling.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding course details, career opportunities & admission procedures.
Handle walk-in inquiries, tele-counseling, and follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & email.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups & conversions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission revenue and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the marketing & academic teams to improve student flow and conversion.
Participate in events, seminars & promotional activities.
Support & guide junior counselors and contribute to branch growth.
Requirements
Graduation
1- 3 years of experience as an Admission / Academic / Career Counselor.
Excellent communication, convincing & interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and target-driven approach.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
