We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their education and career path.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively. Conduct career counseling sessions, seminars, and presentations as required. Assist students in completing the application process and documentation. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students and ensure conversions. Achieve admission targets set by the management. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for promotional and admission activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and counseling abilities. Ability to work under targets and pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
