The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about academic programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments while ensuring a positive applicant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings
Explain programs, admission criteria, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize enrollment conversions
Assist applicants with application forms and documentation
Conduct campus tours, webinars, and information sessions
Maintain accurate records in CRM/admission systems
Coordinate with academic, finance, and marketing teams
Meet or exceed admission and enrollment targets
Address applicant concerns and provide timely resolutions
