Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Admission Counselor to join our 30 years old brand Arena Animation, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, counseling them about our academic programs, and converting them into admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing & and converting leads. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrollments. Handle all calls/ enquiries coming in from various sources. Make cold calls to existing database and explain them of our services. Maintain record for all calls handled. Timely follow ups and Database updatin Should be willing to handle additional responsibilities as a part of business development. Should handle both Inbound and Outbound calls. Candidate should be comfortable with Target driven role
