Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling & Admissions
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
Provide counseling to students and parents regarding courses, career paths, admission processes, and institutional policies.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain updated knowledge of all courses, fees, scholarships, and placement support.
Conduct orientation sessions for new students.
2. Administrative Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area.
Maintain student records, admission forms, attendance, and documentation.
Support scheduling of classes, faculty coordination, exam arrangements, and academic calendars.
Manage inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Assist in fee collection, issuing receipts, and maintaining fee records.
Handle mail correspondence, official communication, and record management.
3. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with academic staff, faculty, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in organizing events, seminars, parent meetings, and student activities.
Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and support staff when required.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Prepare monthly admission and counseling performance reports.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and data confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
