Hiring a Senior Admission Counselor for Premium CBSE School at Gandhinagar

Experience- Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission-related inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.

Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, school facilities, teaching methodology, and admission procedures.

Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.

Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records in the school management system.

Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for entrance tests, interviews, and admission formalities.

Follow up with leads and ensure conversion from inquiry to admission.

Assist in organizing admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly admission reports to the management.

Ensure all admission documents and fee payments are accurately collected and recorded.

Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service to all prospective families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
