Handle all student admission enquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, online leads).
Counsel parents and students about the school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and policies.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets set by the school.
Conduct school tours for parents and explain academic and co-curricular offerings.
Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and admission formalities.
Maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate admission records, student data, and documentation.
Ensure proper filing of admission forms, documents, and fee receipts.
Update admission-related data on school ERP / registers / portals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Coordinate with accounts, academic, and transport departments.
Handle front-office and reception duties when required.
Assist in general office administration and day-to-day school operations.
Marketing & Outreach Support:
Support admission campaigns, school events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for follow-ups and data sharing.
Participate in school fairs, open houses, and outreach programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Post-graduate preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in school admissions / front office / counselling.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during admission season.
Pleasant personality with a parent-friendly approach.
