About the Role:

Digicrome is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in counselling students for IT courses and should be passionate about guiding learners in choosing the right career direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed counselling to students and parents regarding IT programs and career prospects. Manage admission-related inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects effectively. Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through impactful guidance and persuasion. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and admissions. Consistently achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for enrolled students.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months' proven experience in admission counselling, preferably in IT education or training institutes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing abilities. Ability to address student queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy. Preference will be given to immediate joiners who can contribute without delay.
