We are looking for smart and energetic Senior Admission Counsellor / Tele Caller (Female) whom being a mentor and guide who potential learners can look up for course advice
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Admissions
Team Support & Leadership
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you.This includes marking phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing and post sales relationship management.
University & Institutional Coordination
Sales & Business Development
Follow-up & Reporting: Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Good understanding of online, distance, and regular university programs in India.
Target-driven with proven track record in sales/admissions.
Leadership qualities to guide and motivate a small team.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred).
3-6 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.
Prior experience in EdTech, universities, or training institutes will be an added advantage.
