Job Title:

Senior Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Senior Admission Counsellor

to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding and supporting prospective students through the entire admission process -- from initial inquiry to successful enrolment.

The candidate should have

3+ years of proven experience

in student counselling or admissions with a

reputed educational institution

, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to convert leads into enrolments.

Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria. Counsel students (and sometimes parents) to help them make informed decisions regarding course selection based on their career goals. Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and counselling sessions to ensure timely conversions. Maintain and update student records and CRM systems with complete accuracy. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per institutional goals. Provide feedback and insights to management to improve the admission process and student experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline. Minimum

3 years of experience

as an Admission Counsellor / Senior Admission Counsellor in a recognized educational institution. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Compensation:

Salary:

?35,000 - ?45,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Incentives:

Attractive monthly incentives of ?10,000 - ?15,000

is possible to earn based on performance.
