Job Title: Admission Counselor cum Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor cum Coordinator to join our team at IITBuZz, Akluj. The candidate will be responsible for managing student admissions, counseling parents and students, coordinating with faculty, and supporting the overall administration of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries and conduct admission counseling sessions.
Coordinate with teachers and academic teams for smooth operations.
Participate in field visits and marketing campaigns for admissions.
Maintain records, follow up on leads, and achieve admission targets.
Manage day-to-day academic and administrative coordination.
Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (B.Sc, B.Ed, or B.E preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein educational marketing or administration.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English*.

Presentable personality and passion for the education sector.
Willingness to work on-field when required.
Salary & Benefits:

?15,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience) Attractive incentives on achieving admission targets
