Job Description

As a Senior Admissions Officer, you will oversee the entire admissions lifecycle, from strategy development to final enrollment. You will lead our admissions team, optimize recruitment processes, and play a key role in shaping the future student body of our institution. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on admissions expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor:

Supervise, train, and mentor the admissions counselling team to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.

Strategy Development:

Design and implement effective student recruitment strategies tailored to local and regional markets.

Oversee Admissions Cycle:

Manage all aspects of the admissions funnel, including application review, interview processes, and final selection.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze admissions data to identify trends, measure performance, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.

High-Level Representation:

Act as a senior representative for the institution at major education fairs, conferences, and corporate partnership meetings.

Handle Escalations:

Manage complex applicant cases and serve as the final point of contact for critical admission decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:

A minimum of

3-5 years of progressive experience

in academic admissions, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Strategic Mindset:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute data-driven recruitment plans.

Communication:

Exceptional command of

English

Malayalam

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
