Job Description

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your main responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to students throughout the admissions process. You will conduct informative and engaging one-on-one sessions with students to help them understand the programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities mostly from phone.

Responsibilities

Guide prospective students through the admissions process

Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities

Conduct the sessions mostly through phone with students to understand their goals and interests

Assist students in completing application forms and submitting necessary documents & registration amount.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve enrollment targets

Maintain records of student interactions and update the database

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in education
