Counsellor Sales Manager
:
Counsel prospective students regarding aviation training programs.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to admissions closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Prepare regular sales and counselling reports for management review.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (aviation/education sales background preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in counselling and sales management.
Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a counselling team and drive admissions.
