Job Summary

IBIS Academy is seeking an experienced and performance-driven

Senior Admission Advisor

to lead student counselling, drive admissions, and mentor junior advisors. The role focuses on high-quality counselling, strong conversion, and ownership of admission targets while ensuring exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on IBIS Academy programs, career pathways, fees, scholarships, and eligibility Convert high-intent leads into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups Handle complex student queries, objections, and escalations with professionalism Mentor and support Junior Admission Advisors and Call Centre Associates Monitor daily call performance, lead status, and follow-up discipline of the assigned team Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and data hygiene Coordinate with Academic Coordinators and Admin team for batch allocation and onboarding Support campus walk-ins, counselling sessions, and admission events Achieve individual and team admission targets consistently Adhere to IBIS counselling ethics, admission policies, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Degree / Master's Degree preferred Excellent communication and counselling skills in

English & Malayalam

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Leadership and mentoring capability Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools High level of professionalism and result-oriented mindset

Experience

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or academic advising Proven track record in achieving admission targets
