Job Summary
The Sr. SAP Security Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of SAP systems. This position offers advanced technical support and troubleshooting, focusing on root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements By Implementing Best Practices In Sap Security And Grc, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.
2. Provide Expert Support For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues In Sap Environments.
3. Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Foster Skill Development.
4. Resolve Complex Tickets Within Established Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Strengthening The Organization'S Security Posture.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Knowledge Of Sap Security And Grc Tools.
2. Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Incident Resolution Techniques.
3. Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Sap.
4. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Support Teams And Stakeholders.
Other Requirements
1. Sap Certified Technology Associate Security With Sap Netweaver (Optional But Valuable).
2. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable)
