Better requires process discipline and simplification

You'll support and maintain our current Digital Workplace Collaboration tools portfolio, as well as assist in designing, testing, and implementing new solutions, changes, upgrades. Consult end-users to assist with various collaboration tools, such as MS SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, other M365 platform tools, as well as intranet, file sharing and other end-user collaboration solutions. You'll provide L2 support of applications on MS Windows, Mac OS and various smart mobile devices, respond to work requests and incidents regarding troubleshooting, configuration and/or maintenance, working with vendors and their support teams to resolve issues. You'll work with various business units to fulfill needs, based on privacy, security, and corporate requirements.

We expect you to have a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform tools in an enterprise environment. You'll have knowledge of MS SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams configuration, as well as various end user related settings and configuration. Knowledge in implementing, configuring, and supporting of various other collaboration tools, such as intranet, chat, file sharing, project management and others. Knowledge of collaboration tools troubleshooting and configuration of client side on MS Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS platforms. It's also important to have proven customer support and working with vendors experience, understanding of business processes, good communication skills. Knowledge of multiple tools and migration support experience would be advantage.
