:

TIER 2 Security Management (Key technologies include Microsoft Entra, Purview, and Defender, CATO, Mimecast, CrowdStrike) o Monitor Support Queue and Sort/Coordinate Resolution of Tickets

Production System Security Monitoring

User & Business Support Roles maintenance

Maintain Access Policies and Procedures

Troubleshooting using logs, tools

Clearing logs and disk space

Restart of Security devices and related components

Security incidents analysis

Provide work around remediation/Tactical Fixes

Review vulnerability scan reports as well as threat feeds to perform overall impact analysis and high-level classification

Security configuration monitoring

Applying patches and upgrades to Security Devices in coordination with IT Team

Analysis of errors in security products and tactical fixes

Supporting all kinds of organizational testing activities

Monitor Support Queue and Sort/Coordinate Resolution of Tickets

Incident root cause analysis

Vendor coordination & product level fixes

Vulnerability remediation - Patch Management

Security configuration management

End point security software management

Installation, troubleshooting of host IDS/IPS

Report on end point compliance management

Escalating incidents to Tier 3 teams for any issues that can't be resolved by Tier 2 as per Policies and Procedure Manual
