Delivery Skills required are: -

Technical Expertise: -

Proficiency in configuring and managing endpoint security solutions such as antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and endpoint protection platforms (EPP).

Ability to deploy security patches, updates, and configurations to endpoints to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Knowledge of endpoint device configuration and hardening techniques to enhance security posture.


Operational Management: -

Experience in responding to endpoint security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and unauthorized access attempts.

Ability to perform incident triage, containment, eradication, and recovery procedures on endpoint devices.

Capability to generate and analyze security reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.


Communication and Collaboration: -

Effective communication of technical security issues, incident findings, and remediation recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Clear and concise reporting on endpoint security status, vulnerabilities, and compliance metrics.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network security, compliance, and helpdesk teams.


Adherence to Best Practices: -

Understanding of organizational security policies, industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Ability to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards for endpoint devices.

Proactive in staying updated with emerging threats, new technologies, and industry best practices.
