Oversee day-to-day office functioning, maintenance, utilities, and assets.
Manage housekeeping, travel desk, courier, and vendor operations.
Supervise office infrastructure, AMC contracts, and asset inventory.
Vendor & Procurement
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for printing, logistics, and events.
Process POs, invoices, and maintain cost control with Accounts team.
Logistics & Event Operations
Coordinate with regional teams for dispatch of Robokidz kits, marketing materials, and exhibition assets.
Manage travel and accommodation for staff and trainers during events.
AI & Digital Integration
Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Trello, Google Sheets, and Canva for automation.
Draft letters, reports, and communication using AI-powered tools.
Create digital trackers for admin activities and budget monitoring.
Management Support
Prepare weekly admin MIS reports and monthly expense summaries.
Ensure smooth internal communication between Directors and departments.
Key Skills:
Strong written & verbal communication
Vendor and facilities management
Cost and time management discipline
MS Office + Google Workspace proficiency
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Click Up, etc.)
Leadership and team coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, or Commerce.
MBA (Operations/General Management) preferred.
