Lead and supervise the administration and maintenance team, coordinate with other departments ensuring timely task execution
Oversee facility management, housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and asset control.
Implement and maintain administrative policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Handle office expansions, repairs, audits, and premises inspections.
Manage travel arrangements, staff logistics, if required and other administrative support services.
Prepare admin budgets, MIS reports, and maintain documentation.
Ensure workplace safety, emergency readiness, and facility hygiene standards.
Required Experience & Skills
5-7 years of experience in administration and facility management.
Experience managing both admin and maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of vendor management, premises upkeep, and compliance.
Excellent communication oral and written especially in English, planning, and leadership skills.
