Key Responsibilities:

Maintain organized physical and digital records (employee files, bills, courier receipts, agreements)
Scan, photocopy, and file documents as per company standards
Update shared folders/Google Drive with the latest admin documents
Collect signatures and circulate documents to relevant departments

2. Office Inventory & Supplies
Monitor stationery, pantry, and housekeeping supplies
Maintain stock registers and issue logs
Notify Admin Manager of low stock or restocking needs
Receive, verify, and report discrepancies in delivered supplies

3. Courier & Dispatch Management
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and parcels
Maintain courier logbooks with tracking and delivery status
Coordinate with courier vendors to ensure timely deliveries

4. Housekeeping & Pantry Coordination
Conduct daily inspections of workstations, washrooms, pantry, and common areas
Ensure housekeeping staff follow daily cleaning checklists
Report cleanliness issues, damages, or maintenance concerns
Monitor pantry supplies and arrange refills
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and stationery

Required Skills & Qualifications:
