Handle email/phone inquiries from international buyers.
Schedule meetings between MD/BDM and clients.
Maintain communication logs and follow-up reminders.
Documentation Coordination:
Assist documentation executive with printing, scanning, courier, or digital filing.
Maintain hard/soft copy records of PI, invoices, shipping docs.
Office Administration:
Track attendance, leave records, petty cash, and office supplies.
Handle internal coordination between departments.
CRM & Data Entry:
Update CRM, Excel records, and lead tracking sheets.
Maintain client database with updated contact and trade terms.
Support in Exports Process:
Coordinate with logistics team for transport bookings, appointments, etc.
Maintain schedule board of production/shipping timelines.
Key Skills:
Strong communication in English (written & spoken)
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, email)
Familiar with basic export terms (FOB, CIF, LC preferred)
Organized and detail-oriented
Incentive Structure:
Timely Documentation Bonus:
?1,000/month for error-free and timely document handling.
Coordination Bonus:
?500 - ?1,000/month for supporting exports/shipping milestones.
Annual Loyalty Bonus:
?10,000 - ?12,000 based on performance reviews and attendance.
