Qualification & Experience:
1. BCOM/BSC graduates with 3 -10 years experience in Sales Admin, Knowledge of Tally preferable.
2. Knowledge of MS office - thorough knowledge of Word and Excel required.
3. Preferred MALE candidates as the job involves travel & Occasional outstation travel. Female candidates are welcome if travel as mentioned above is acceptable
4. Candidates with working experience in a sales organisation and experience in handling Government tenders including GeM tender participation is highly preferred
List of activities are:
- Preparation of Letters, Sales Quotations, preparation if Tender documents, participation of online tenders like GeM etc
- Processing of Sales Orders, Purchase orders on Suppliers, Co-ordinations with suppliers, negotiate with with suppliers, Co-ordinate for delivery / shipments, Payments etc.
- Placement of Import and export orders, interactions / communications with Foreign suppliers/companies, managing of shipments / deliveries of products / services
- Co-ordinate with Logistics agents for Import of goods, deliveries of the product thru different channels
- Update of Various registers including Sales orders, Invoices, Import and Export documentation
- familiar & Managing Bank related activities like Payments, both Foreign & Local payments, Bank guarantees etc.
- Manage requirements of Office expenses, Petty cash, purchases for office facility, Office Stationery, Voucher, ledger management etc.
- Good understanding of filing of VAT / GST, SERVICE TAX, TDS etc & VAT / CST Audit compliance requirements - Preferable but not essential
- Interaction with customers for various documents for the supply, payments etc, Liaison for support etc.
