Senior Accounts Receivables Associates - International Voice Process

Who Can Apply

M.Com or MBA graduates (any stream) Freshers or professionals with up to 12 months of experience Willing to work in

night shifts

(US process) Confident, self-motivated, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills

Strong active listening and comprehension skills Fluent verbal communication in English Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Internet research and navigation capability Basic accounting calculations and reconciliations Negotiation skills to drive effective outcomes Effective questioning techniques for accurate data gathering Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally Capacity to remain calm under pressure Adaptability to frequent changes in processes and guidelines Passion for a performance-based, results-oriented work culture
