Senior Accounts Receivable - B2

Location:

Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (including 2-3 years in a team lead role)

Salary :

Night Shift (4:00 PM to 1:00)

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations: billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 AR executives to meet collection targets and resolve issues. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements. Prepare and deliver periodic AR performance reports to management.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes including B2B collections and dispute management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with US-based clients. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements. Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive performance and accountability.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
