Accounts Manager (Mid-Level)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the entire accounting operations of a fast growing hospitality brand. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, leadership in managing a small team, and hands-on experience with financial reporting, compliance, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journals).

Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable/payable and vendor reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and management for financial reviews.

Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely data entry and reporting.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS templates).

Strong working knowledge of GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory audits.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

Strong communication & leadership skills.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

5-8 years of relevant accounting experience (hospitality/retail preferred).
