Account Manager - Automobile Sales & Client Relations

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer and corporate accounts
Act as the single point of contact for customers
Coordinate vehicle booking, documentation & delivery
Follow up on payments, approvals, and delivery timelines
Work closely with sales, finance & service teams
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Maintain accurate customer and account records
Promote AMC, insurance renewal & service packages
Generate repeat business and customer referrals
Prepare daily / weekly account & sales reports
Experience
4-10 years experience in Automobile dealership
Vehicle sales / account handling
Customer relationship / client servicing
Experience in 2W / 4W dealership is an advantage
Automobiles preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
