Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead our in-house accounting department, ensure statutory compliance, and develop a high-performing accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts and oversee year-end finalization Prepare, review, and file GST and Income Tax returns Ensure timely TDS and Professional Tax payments and filings Assist in ROC filings and basic company law compliances Coordinate with clients for accounting, taxation, and audit matters Support statutory and internal audit activities Supervise daily accounting operations and workflows Train, mentor, and develop junior accountants Review work quality and ensure adherence to timelines Implement best accounting and compliance practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong fundamentals in accounting, GST, and Income Tax Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel Understanding of compliance timelines and documentation Good communication and client-handling skills Leadership mindset with willingness to train and guide teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
