Aspect Bullion & Refinery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-orientated
Senior Accounts Manager
to manage and oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting processes, compliance, reporting, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, Vendors and tax authorities
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial controls
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Ensure timely closing of books and accurate financial reporting
Implement and improve accounting systems and internal control
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
