The Accounts & Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's administrative, financial, and risk management operations. The role includes developing financial and operational strategies, implementing performance metrics, and monitoring control systems to safeguard company assets while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
2. Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
Supervise accounting transactions across all group businesses.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and supplier payments.
Prepare and file statutory returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, TDS, TCS, PT, Income Tax, Advance Tax).
Ensure timely tax audit reports and compliance with company law.
Finalize books of accounts and prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and fund flow statements.
Financial Operations
Oversee MIS systems and reporting for accounting functions.
Verify vendor bills, TDS application, and maintain import/export purchase files.
