The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for leading, governing, and strengthening the entire accounts and finance function across all company branches. This is a strategic and leadership role, ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls while mentoring and guiding regional accounts teams.
Lead and mentor accounts teams across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Kolkata
Define standard accounting processes and ensure uniform implementation across branches
Review team performance, build capability, and ensure timely closures
Act as the final escalation point for complex accounting and compliance issues

2. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing for all locations
Ensure accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
Consolidate branch accounts and present insights to management and leadership
Ensure strong cost control and financial discipline across branches

3. Statutory Compliance & Audits
Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements
Lead internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits across all locations
Coordinate with CA firms, auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
Proactively manage compliance risks and regulatory changes

4. Banking, Treasury & Cash Flow
Oversee banking operations, fund planning, cash flow management, and working capital
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and auditors
Monitor receivables, payables, and credit control across branches

5. Systems, Controls & Process Improvement
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks
Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP/accounting system optimization
Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness at all times

Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Provide financial insights for business expansion, pricing, and cost optimization
Act as a trusted financial advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams
Deep expertise in Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance

Excellent knowledge of GST, taxation, audits, and corporate finance

Hands-on experience with ERP / accounting software
