Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GST, TDS, and payroll coordination.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and monthly P&L.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, audit requirements).
Handle vendor and client reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and management for smooth financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for business planning.
Implement process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent background.
8-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a
manufacturing industry
.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
