Job Title: Accounts Executive (Work from Home - Immediate Joiner)

Location:

Work from Home (Applicants from Delhi, Mumbai, and Tricity region preferred)

Shift Timing:

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST)

We are looking for a highly experienced

US Accounts Executive

with

4 years of experience

in accounting, specifically in

Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliation (BR), and Financial Statements.

As we operate in a fast-paced logistics environment, strong

communication skills

are essential. The role requires the candidate to work from home and adhere to the shift timing of

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Perform daily bank reconciliations Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with accounting regulations Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients as needed Handle discrepancies and resolve financial issues efficiently Support audit activities as required Assist in other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, specifically with AR/AP, BR, and financial statements Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to manage and organize accounting tasks effectively Ability to work independently in a remote work setup Must be available to join immediately Preference will be given to candidates from

Delhi, Mumbai, and Tricity regions

Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Prior experience in logistics accounting is a plus
