Job Description

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting month-end closing activities. Ensures accuracy in accounting records and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Process vendor invoices, prepare customer bills, and follow up for outstanding payments. File GST, TDS and other statutory returns on time. Assist in payroll processing, salary reconciliations, and employee reimbursement checks. Prepare monthly MIS, P&L statements, cash flow reports, and budget vs. actual analysis. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and support audit documentation. Maintain stock reconciliation, costing records, and monitor inventory variance. Manage fixed asset register, depreciation entries, and asset audits. Monitor cash & fund flow, daily bank position, and payment scheduling. Support management in cost control, data analysis, and financial planning. Ensure accuracy, timely posting of entries, and strong internal controls.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (CA Inter preferred)

3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience

Good knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, GST, TDS, and general accounting

Strong Excel and communication skills
