To manage accounting operations at the factory & warehouse level, including
payroll, B2B invoicing, stock transfers, e-way bill generation, and daily record-keeping
, while ensuring timely submission of records to the Head Office for consolidation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Record Management
Maintain day-to-day accounting records for factory & warehouse.
Upload and push records to Head Office accounts team on a regular basis.
Handle vendor and petty cash expenses at the location.
2. Invoicing & Documentation
Prepare B2B invoices and ensure proper tax compliance (GST).
Generate stock transfer invoices to other branches along with e-way bills when required.
Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, challans, and e-way bills for audit and compliance.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Maintain attendance and payroll records of factory & warehouse employees.
Calculate salaries, overtime, and deductions as per company policy.
Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS if applicable) are recorded and reported to Head Office.
4. Inventory & Stock Management Support
Coordinate with store/warehouse team for stock updates and reconciliations.
Track inward/outward material movements and ensure proper entries.
Assist in monthly/quarterly stock verification and reporting.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Act as the link between Factory/Warehouse and Head Office finance team.
Submit daily/weekly MIS reports as required.
Support audits and compliance checks at the factory/warehouse location.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in FMCG / food industry / manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of
Tally ERP / MS Excel
(mandatory).
Understanding of GST, e-way bills, and branch accounting.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage payroll and handle local compliance matters.
