About the Role

Adore Inspire Me is hiring a

Female Accounts Executive

with hands-on experience in

Tally Prime, MS Excel, and daily accounting operations

. The ideal candidate will manage transactions, reporting, and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using

Tally Prime

Handle

cash & bank transactions

on a daily basis Process

payments, receipts, and invoices

Prepare

MIS reports, financial statements, and summaries

Perform

bank reconciliation

and expense tracking Assist in

GST entries and basic compliance

Maintain proper documentation and accounting records Coordinate with management for financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of

Tally Prime

Proficient in

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, formulas, reports) Experience in

money handling & transaction management

Ability to generate accurate

accounting & MIS reports

Good attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in

Accounts / Finance

Commerce background preferred (B.Com / M.Com / equivalent) Good communication and coordination skills

Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
