Qualification

: B.com, M.com, MBA or CMA Semi qualified

Essential Skills

Should be able to work in a team

GST and TDS

Knowledge of computer applications such as word, excel.

Advance Excel like

- VLOOKUP, if condition, Pivot table,

Should have experience in Tally

Experience in

SAP or Oracle or ZOHO

.

Good English communication

Roles and responsibility:

? Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

? Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.

? Preparing financial statements, reports, utilization certificates.

? Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.

? TDS payable

? Fixed Assets verification, Invoice Accounting & Payment process

? Prepare Profit & Loss account-Tamil Nadu.

? Prepare fund inflow blocked summary.

? Vendors' Debit & Credit Analysis-Tamil Nadu.

? Preparing the Monthly Sales Tax (VAT) Returns.

? Thorough knowledge in General Accounts finalization and preparation of Trial balance, P & L Account .

? Preparation of Cash, Bank and Journal vouchers and accounted day to day basis.

? Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies, if any, and

? Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company.
