Job Title:

Senior Accounts Executive - Factory Operations

Location:

Old Factory (Thane Region preferred)

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years (including at least 2 years in a CA firm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accounts Executive

to manage factory accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and audit, particularly in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in

Tally/ERP systems

Ensure timely and accurate

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Prepare and verify

purchase records, e-way bills

, and conduct

invoice reconciliations

Assist in

internal and statutory audits

focused on factory financials Reconcile

vendor ledgers

, prepare

payment summaries

, and support

cost control measures

Contribute to

monthly and quarterly MIS reporting

Coordinate with

factory managers

for

inventory verification

and

cost monitoring

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

accounting principles

,

GST

, and

TDS regulations

Prior experience in a

CA firm

and/or a

manufacturing/factory accounting role

Proficiency in

Tally

,

MS Excel

, and documentation Strong

analytical skills

, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset Good coordination and communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration
