Job description:

Responsibilities:

Oversee

accounts, finance, and statutory compliance

(GST, TDS, audits, PF/ESI, etc.). Implement and monitor

systems, SOPs, and controls

across factory operations. Manage

production coordination, inventory, dispatch & vendor relations

. Ensure proper

costing, budgeting, MIS reports, and cash flow management

. Lead teams for

accounts, stores, and administration

with strong discipline and control.

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in

manufacturing / construction materials industry

-preferred Strong knowledge of

accounts, ERP/Tally, compliance & factory operations

. Proven track record of

placing and following systems

. Leadership qualities, integrity, and ability to manage teams independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
