Ravine Hotel, a premier hill station resort in Panchgani, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage the hotel's financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic business decisions through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee daily accounting transactions, general ledger, and bank reconciliations, current and previous years data.

Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings

Process vendor payments, manage receivables/payables, and reconcile accounts

Assist with budget planning, audits, and financial analysis

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors

Implement and improve internal controls and accounting systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter or equivalent preferred

5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality sector

Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
