Reconcile Bank statements by comparing transactions to the General ledger.
Day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review etc.
Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
Prepare Bank deposits.
Experience of working as an Sr. Accountant in real-estate/ construction/redevelopment companies or projects where he/she has experience in identifying multiple vendors and keeping track of their materials, deliveries and payments follow-ups.
Negotiation skill to get best rates from the market.
Should have payroll experience and statutory knowledge of labor compliance.
Experience of handling Director's personal accounts.
Should be able to guide Jr Accounts staff on a daily basis.
