Position: Senior Accounts Executive - Exports & Domestic

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Pimpalgaon-Kokangaon, Nashik (MH)

Experience: 3-4 Years

Company Sector: Agro Commodities - Raisins Processor & Exporter

Role Summary:

Handle end-to-end export & domestic accounting including invoicing, documentation, banking, GST compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Short):

Export & domestic invoicing, accounting entries (Tally/ERP)

Export documentation & coordination with CHA, logistics, banks

LC handling, export payment follow-ups, BRC/e-BRC management

GST compliance, refunds (ITC), LUT, e-invoice & e-way bills

DGFT incentives (RoDTEP/MEIS etc.)

Bank stock statements, debtors/creditors reports

Reconciliation, MIS reporting & audit support

Qualifications:

B.Com / Finance / Accounting graduate

3-4 yrs experience in export accounting

Knowledge of GST, DGFT, FEMA, RBI norms

Tally/ERP & Excel proficiency

Preferred

:

LC handling, INCOTERMS, export incentives knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

30,000/- to 35,000/- pm
