Senior Accounts Executive

Location : Andheri West.

Responsibilities:

Handle general accounting functions including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and schedules for audits.

Manage full GST compliance, including registrations, return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return), reconciliations, and responding to notices.

Oversee complete TDS work -- calculations, deductions, return filing, challan preparation, and certificates issuance.

Perform costing and inventory accounting relevant to manufacturing operations.

Conduct account reconciliations such as bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation, and inter-company accounts.

Utilize advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis for reporting and decision support.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal control policies, and statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and manufacturing industry practices.

Hands-on experience with GST and TDS end-to-end processes.

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas) and accounting software (add name if required).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles within the manufacturing sector.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
