Job Opening: Accountant for Travel Agency
We are seeking an
Accountant
to join our team at
Pacific Destination Management
. The ideal candidate will have
fluent English communication skills
and a strong command of
MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient use of
Zoho Books accounting software
.
Manage
payment follow-ups
and
forecast payment schedules
.
Reconcile vendor bills
and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Generate invoices
within the system.
Book hotels and packages
on our platform.
Handle transactions in
multiple currencies
.
Collaborate effectively as a
team player
to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
English
(both written and verbal).
Familiarity with
Zoho Books
and basic accounting procedures.
Ability to work with
MS Office
tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Attention to detail
and organizational skills.
Previous experience in accounting for the travel industry is a plus but not required.
Training will be provided
for the above responsibilities. However, we kindly ask that
only candidates with excellent English-speaking skills
