Sejal Group is Hiring for Assistant manager of Accounts and finance for Kandivali Location.
Min - 5-6 Yrs Exp into Accounts & Finance
JD:
Ensure proper Book keeping and Accounting
Compliance of GST/ TDS/PT/PF ESIC in coordination with Consultant
Timely return filling and Tax payments
Preparation and finalization of accounts and audit of books
Site accounting / Construction material accounting
Preparation of Consolidated monthly/ Qtly P&L and Balance Sheet by collecting data from various sites/projects.
Coordinating for preparation of financial plans and proposals to be submitted with the lenders
Participating in key/strategic meetings/ budgeting with senior management
Ensuring timely submission of various MIS
Co-ordination & Correspondence with Projects / Sites for purchase, consumption, stock statements, Payments, Billing, Outstanding and/or other various matters.
Regular Correspondence with Banking Officials & Maintaining of Business Relations as per requirements. Follow up with Banks to expedite the process of RTGS / NEFT & other relevant transactions.
Coordinating with Internal & Statutory Auditors.
